Abstract U ovom radu opisan je normalan razvoj djeteta, razvoj neurorizičnog djeteta i primjena fizioterapije kod istog.
Abstract (english) This paper contains description of a normal child development, neurorisk child development and phisical therapy description with neurorisk child. Normal child motor development is defined as a proces of learning movement pattern and motor skills of a child. The necessity is to be aware of a childs behavior so we can recognize deviations in behaviour. Neurodevelopmental deviation can be low or mildly neurorisky (slow neuromotor development, clumsiness of fine and gross motor skills, communication disorder - memory and speech disorders, specific learning disorders) and high or heavily neurorksky (cerebral palsy, mental retardation, epilepsy, sensory-vision and hearing impairment). Highly neurorisky children can be clinickly detected even in infants and mildly neurorisky children from one year of age untill school age. Neurorisk is defind as a non progressive state that can lead to deviations in a childs development originated during pregnancy, during labour and after birth. The therapy involves multidisciplinary team of experts whos task is to prevent creation of pathological patterns of movement and behaviour, promote health and child wellfair, decrease in developmental delays, removeing existing and preventing new problems in development, preventing funcional deterioration and to speed up the proces of development so the child reaches development stage of its peers. Clinical outcome can be as a full recovery or as a neurodevelopment deviation. The goal of this paper is to familiarize and present the problems of neurorisks children, importance of an early physiotherapy, and different methods that are used with neurorisky children. Timly, properly and correctly directed intervention can prevent complications in development and problems in childs every day operations. It is necessary not just to work with a child, but with parents too. Today, it is important to involve parents and the rest of the family in the intervention because they spend much more time with a child then the therapist. That demands parents persistance, as well as persistance of a therapist that informs and educates the family.
