Abstract
Reumatske bolesti su skupina bolesti koje pogađaju sustav organa za pokretanje, a čine skupinu od više od sto različitih bolesti. To su kronične, multisistemske bolesti koje se razlikuju po skupinama simptoma i znakova, a karakterizira ih oteklina i bol zglobova te upalni proces. Neke od najpoznatijih reumatskih bolesti su reumatoidni artritis, juvenilni artritis, psorijatični artritis i ankilozantni spondilitis. Liječenje reumatoidnih bolesti sastoji se od farmakološke terapije, fizikalne terapije te katkad kirurškog liječenja. Fizikalna terapija omogućava sporiji razvoj bolesti, ublažava simptome i pomaže pacijentu da poboljša funkcioniranje u svakodnevnim aktivnostima. Reumatoidni artritis je najučestaliji od svih reumatskih bolesti, a uz osnovne simptome karakterizira ga pozitivan reumatoidni faktor. Kod reumatoidnog artritisa vrlo je bitno postaviti ranu dijagnozu i što prije krenuti s liječenjem. Psorijatični artritis je kronična, multisistemska bolest koja se većinom javlja u kombinaciji sa psorijazom. Psorijaza je kronična, multisistemska, imunološki posredovana bolest kože koju karakteriziraju ljuskaste promjene po koži i crvenilo. Karakteristično za psorijatični artritis je da nema pozitivnog reumatoidnog faktora te je vrlo teško postaviti samu dijagnozu. Većinom se prvo javlja psorijaza te nakon nekog vremena psorijatični artritis, zbog toga vrlo bitnu ulogu u dijagnostici psorijatičnog artritisa imaju sami dermatolozi koji na temelju svoje procjene mogu uputiti pacijenta na pregled kod reumatologa. Kao i kod reumatoidnog artritisa vrlo je bitno rano dijagnosticirati bolest i što ranije započeti s liječenjem. U liječenju reumatoloških bolesti možemo se koristiti i prirodnim ljekovitim činiteljima kao što je i naftalan. Naftalan je zemno mineralno ulje specifičnog mirisa koje se dobiva destiliranjem naftalenske nafte. Koristi se u liječenju kožnih i reumatoloških bolesti, a lječilišta se nalaze u Bakuu i Ivanić Gradu. U Ivanić Gradu u Specijalnoj bolnici za medicinsku rehabilitaciju Naftalan primjenjuje se poseban sistem kupki u kadama s primjenom naftalanskog ulja koji se naziva naftalanoterapija. Naftalanoterapija je vrlo učinkovita u liječenju reumatoloških bolesti jer ima protuupalno djelovanje i moguće je njeno korištenje u kombinaciji s drugim lijekovima.
Abstract (english)
Rheumatic diseases are a group of diseases that affect the movement organ system, which comprise a group of more than a hundred different diseases. These are chronic, multi-systemic diseases characterised by swelling and joint pain and inflammation. Some of the most famous rheumatic diseases are rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. Treatment of rheumatoid diseases consists of pharmacological therapy, physical therapy and sometimes surgical treatment. Physical therapy enables slower disease development, relieves symptoms, and helps the patient improve functioning in daily activities. Rheumatoid arthritis is the most common of all rheumatic diseases and is characterized by a positive rheumatoid factor along with the basic symptoms. In rheumatoid arthritis, it is very important to make an early diagnosis and start treatment as soon as possible. Psoriatic arthritis is a chronic, multi-systemic disease that mainly occurs in combination with psoriasis. Psoriasis is a chronic, multisystemic, immune-mediated skin disease characterised by scaly skin changes and redness. Characteristic of psoriatic arthritis is that there is no positive rheumatoid factor and it is very difficult to diagnose itself. Most psoriasis occurs first and after a while psoriatic arthritis, therefore a very important role in the diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis is played by dermatologists themselves who can refer the patient to a rheumatologist based on their assessment. As with rheumatoid arthritis, it is very important to diagnose the disease early and start treatment as soon as possible. In the treatment of rheumatological diseases, we can use natural healing factors such as Naftalan. Naftalan is a natural mineral oil of a specific smell obtained by distilling naphthalene oil. It is used in the treatment of skin and rheumatological diseases, and the spas are located in Baku and Ivanic town. In Ivanic town in the Special hospital for Medical rehabilitation, Naftalan uses a special bathing system in bathtubs with the use of naphthalanic oil called naphthalantherapy. Naphthalanotherapy is very effective in treating rheumatologic diseases as it has anti-inflammatory effects and can be used in combination with other medicines.
